Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Dayton, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Ohio run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 4β9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file. Its website is instagram.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 42 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Tried bao buns, they were pretty good. Drunk noods were EXTREMELY salty. Informed the person taking orders and asked if they had anything to cut the saltiness such a piece of lime and just got sent to the bar. Bummed they didnβt offer to fix it, after they recommended to tried them.

the silos are a unique place to hang out with, very overstimulating, so i donβt go there much. but sometimes i end up going there just to get ramen from this place. i get the chicken ramen and itβs so good. love the taste of the broth and the soy egg. the silos in general is a bit pricey, and the prices here follow suit. the chicken ramen is like $18, which is quite a bit but i understand why the price has to be this way. also one of the cooks in the back is really hot. his name is josh.

One of my favorite places to eat in Dayton. Haven't had anything yet that wasn't good and I've tried most of the menu. The staff is always upbeat and friendly and make you feel like family. Jeremy (one of the cooks/chefs) always has a positive attitude and has great recommendations as far as what to eat. Always love when the menu changes because even tho it's sad to see my favorites go away, I know they are being replaced with something equally tasty.

Best vibes in the Dayton area!!!! The chicken ramen noodles π is something everybody should experience the drunk noodles explode with flavor π₯ the shrimp bao buns are so amazing but my favorite thing has to be the crab rangoons with how they use pimento cheese instead of cream cheese is pure genius!!! You should run and get you some before they sell out π

As always, Nood Bar was incredible! The special today was the crab boil ramen, absolutely incredible...weirdly, my only critique is to leave out the ramen! The corn, meat, broth and crab cake thing was soooooooo good, I wanted nothing to do with the noodles. I want to buy the broth and drink it by the gallon! Crab rangoon was also perfect. I hope the boil becomes a permanent menu item, if you prefer more soupy ramen, like I do, I would ask if they can do extra broth or just half the noodles.
